Clear rules, before you publish.
Last updated November 1, 2026 Draft — not yet in effect
When you are charged
Creating an account is free. You are charged once, $129, when you buy a ProudSpot or a gift code. Your page is then ready to build as a private draft until you publish it.
Before your page is first published
You can cancel and get a full refund any time before your page is first published. Ask from your dashboard support controls, by replying to your ProudSpot order email, or at [email protected].
After your page is first published
Because the service has been delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable once the page is first published. Exceptions: duplicate or unauthorized charges, ProudSpot being unable to provide the purchased service, or where applicable law requires a refund.
Gift codes
Gift codes expire one year after purchase if not redeemed, and can be redeemed once. The buyer can get a full refund of an unredeemed gift code within 30 days of purchase; refunds go back to the original payment method. Once a code is redeemed, the recipient's page follows the rules above.
Problems with an order
Use your dashboard support controls, reply to your ProudSpot order email, or write to [email protected]. ProudSpot will review payment, fulfillment and technical records before resolving the request.
Chargebacks and reversed payments
A refund, chargeback, reversed payment or lost dispute may unpublish or archive the related page while the payment status is resolved.
Hosting renewal
The optional $20 annual hosting renewal is a separate one-time purchase and is never automatic. If a renewal cannot be matched to a ProudSpot, it is held for review rather than silently applied to the wrong page.
