How ProudSpot handles information
Last updated October 29, 2026 Draft — not yet in effect
ProudSpot is operated by Liberty Smart Consulting Group LLC, Hinesville, Georgia. Adults (18+) use ProudSpot to build showcase pages for themselves, for other adults, in memory of someone, or, as a parent or guardian, for a teen 13 or older. ProudSpot is not for children to create accounts or submit information themselves.
Information we collect
Depending on what you provide: your email address (for sign-in and order messages); the content of your page, such as the featured person's display name, story, milestones, goals, achievements, photos, video and audio; gift details (buyer and recipient email addresses and the gift note); referral codes; support requests and feedback; privacy settings; payment-verification identifiers from Stripe (we never see or store full card numbers); aggregate monthly view counts; and messages you type into the website assistant. ProudSpot does not need a minor's home address, private schedule, school dismissal details, financial information or private contact information.
Why we use it
To sign you in, verify purchases and gift codes, build, screen and review pages, process approved media, provide your dashboard, enforce privacy settings, deliver live pages, send order and gift emails, answer questions, manage hosting and renewals, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We don't sell your information or use your page in marketing without your separate permission.
Service providers
ProudSpot uses service providers to run the product: Stripe for payments; Supabase for accounts, database, storage and backend functions; Cloudflare for the website and for Workers AI, which powers the website assistant; Resend for transactional email; and OpenAI for automated safety screening of text and photos before publication and for the optional Help Me Write feature. Providers process information under their own terms and security practices.
Public, Unlisted and Private pages
Public and Unlisted pages can be viewed by anyone who has the permanent link. Private pages require the current password, which is stored only as a one-way hash. ProudSpot does not submit individual pages to search engines. Anyone allowed to view a page can still save or share what they see, so choose settings accordingly.
Media storage
Source media is kept in a non-public storage bucket. Live pages receive time-limited signed media links after the applicable access check.
Signing in
You sign in with a one-time link or code sent to your email. Treat those emails like a password and don't forward them. Your browser keeps your sign-in session so you stay signed in; signing out ends it.
Optional AI writing (Help Me Write)
If you use Help Me Write, your answers are sent to a third-party AI service to draft text for your review. Drafts are screened for safety, limited in number, and nothing is published unless you accept the text and it passes review. Don't include contact information, school names, schedules, sensitive facts or a minor's last name in prompts. The feature is optional; you can always write your own text.
Website assistant
The chat assistant on proudspot.com answers general questions. Your messages are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a reply. ProudSpot doesn't save chat transcripts; the conversation stays in your browser tab until you close it. The assistant can't see your account or orders. Don't share payment details, passwords, codes or a minor's personal information in the chat.
View counts
ProudSpot may show owners simple aggregate monthly view counts. We don't track individual visitors.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept while needed to provide the service, maintain the hosting term, resolve support or payment issues, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can take a page offline or request deletion from your dashboard. Taking a page offline removes public access promptly; permanent deletion may take additional processing and may not immediately remove legally required records or temporary backups. After hosting ends and any grace and restore periods pass, page content may be permanently deleted.
Requests from featured people and families
A person featured on a page, a minor's parent or guardian, or a deceased person's family can ask us to review, change or remove a page at [email protected]. We may take the page down while we review.
Children's privacy
Pages featuring a minor are accepted only for ages 13 and older, and only when built by the minor's parent or guardian or with their permission. ProudSpot does not accept pages about children under 13. If you believe information about a child was submitted without proper authorization, contact [email protected] so the page can be reviewed and taken down if appropriate.
Security
ProudSpot uses restricted database access with per-account ownership rules, private source storage, email-based sign-in, password hashing and rate limiting for Private pages, signed media links, payment-webhook verification and review before publication. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
From your dashboard you can change Public, Unlisted or Private access, replace a Private password, take a page offline, request deletion and ask for support. Hosting renewals are optional and never automatic.
Contact
Use the support controls in your dashboard, reply to any ProudSpot email, or write to [email protected].
